Cash on delivery (COD) is charged an additional €2.00 for shipping due to the additional processes involved for the courier company.

To register on the page, click on the “My Account” icon that appears in the top right corner of the screen. Next, enter your email address. You will receive a confirmation email from us, which will include the message: “Thank you for creating an account at EpicMarket. Your username will be your email address without the @…..com.” In the email there will be two links, one to log in to your account and one to set your new password, which is your next step. Once you set your password and log in, you will enter your account dashboard, where you can complete your additional details and see your orders in detail.

Click on the “My Account” icon in the top right corner of the screen. In the lower frame, you will find the option “Forgot your password?”. Select it and you will be taken to the password recovery page. Enter the username or email address you registered with and instructions on how to recover your password will be sent to you immediately.

To do this, simply log in to your account and then go to the “Dashboard”. Once you are on the dashboard, select the option that says “Account Details”.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Click on the top right of the screen, where the “My Account” icon appears. In the lower panel, you will find the option “Forgot your password?”. Select it, and you will be redirected to the password recovery page. Enter the username or email you had registered, and instructions for recovering your password will be sent to you immediately.

Inside your account dashboard, you will find the “Addresses” option. From there, you can register all your necessary information once and save it so that you are ready for the future. In the same way, you can change your information at any time. Also, when you place an order, your information will be automatically entered.

You can always visit our page anonymously, without providing any information. However, in this case, you will not be able to enjoy some of our services, such as orders, history, and when you have an account, you can place your order faster.
