3. Scope of Use – Limitations:

A) The products sold through the Website are intended exclusively for purchase by Members and not for resale. In case of violation of this, the Member is obliged to compensate the Company for any damage caused. (Merchants are exempt)

All payments made using a card are processed through the “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Alpha Bank and use TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). 9. MONEY BACK

Otherwise, the product will be returned to you again at your expense. Once we receive the product and your return is approved, we can proceed with the money refund process. The amount we owe to refund you is equal to the amount you paid for the product, minus the return shipping costs, which are €5.00 for up to 2 kilograms, regardless of any promotional offer (e.g., free shipping during the purchase).
